2006 Conference Financial Aid Application Available (Deadline passed on 15 April - new applications will be processed after current applications and be awarded only if funds available)

The 19th Annual National Catholic HIV/AIDS Ministry Conference Financial Aid Application is available. For those seeking financial aid, please fill out completely and accurately to be considered for financial aid. The application is due 15 April 2006 via mail, email or fax.
Please note that registration for the conference is a separate step in the process. You will receive a letter by mid-May with the status of your financial aid request as well as instructions on how to register.

Applications postmarked and/or received after the deadline will be processed after all those who met the deadline and will be awarded online if funds are available
