Gathering Financial Aid Application DUE Thursday, 31 May 2007

For those seeking financial aid to attend the National Catholic HIV and AIDS Ministry Gathering to be held at Loyola University Chicago from Friday, 27 July - Sunday, 29 July 2007, please complete the form below on the web and print it out. Please send it to the National Catholic AIDS Network offices by 31 May 2007 for consideration. You may mail, fax or email the form.

The Network has received the grant and will be making financial aid awards by mid June. Applications received after the due date will be be reviewed based on the existence of funds.
