Emergency Aid Meeting - Invitation Only
This convening will bring together states with existing programs and 8–10 potential expansion states. Attendees may be state agency staff or other state leaders engaged in affordability. The convening will build awareness of impact and strategies, consider ways to improve the evidence-base, and create interest among potential expansion states. Sessions will also emphasize the role of data and evaluation in the national landscape of emergency aid, as well as in the design of programs.
The convening will take place on October 6 from 9am-5pm, with breakfast beginning at 8am. This event will take place at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada and is separate from the 2026 NCAN Conference.

To register for the event, all registrants must have an NCAN user account.
