Lindsey Barclay

Member Services Manager

As NCAN’s member services manager, Lindsey Barclay is responsible for managing professional development content and member services, increasing knowledge sharing about current sector issues and trends, and promoting strong partnerships in the postsecondary pipeline.

Prior to joining NCAN, Ms. Barclay served as the college access director at NCAN member CollegeTracks in Montgomery County, Maryland, where she provided strategic and data-driven direction to a team of college access professionals serving high school juniors and seniors. In addition to her work in college access, she gained valuable direct service experience while working as a college success coach at CollegeTracks. She also has experience in residence life and student affairs at several universities.

Ms. Barclay earned her master’s degree in applied sociology and her bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and sociology, both from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She has completed continuing professional development through courses in Georgetown University’s Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate program.
