Come learn more about NCAN's 2024 Leading for Equity Fellowship, a year-long cohort experience available to emerging leaders of color from NCAN member organizations. The presentation will review the fellowship goals, time commitment, application process, and benefits. Fellows from this year's cohort along with NCAN's Chief Program Officer Zenia Henderson and the Fellowship's lead consultant, Kristen Crockett of the Crockett Collective, will answer questions.

The application for the 2024 cohort is now open and the deadline to apply is December 1, 2023.
