National College Attainment Network (NCAN) members have heard a lot over the last few years about a forthcoming new and improved StudentTracker® platform from
the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). There’s good news on that front from the NSC this week,
which says it is, “getting ready to unveil StudentTracker® 3.0, a major upgrade to StudentTracker for High Schools.”
This is a long-awaited and welcome development for the college access and attainment field given the importance of being able to access, analyze, and share postsecondary outcomes data to improve programming for students and better understand impact.
Notably, the rollout for StudentTracker 3.0 will only focus on StudentTracker for High Schools subscribers to start. NCAN members who have StudentTracker for Educational Organizations (STEO) or StudentTracker for Outreach (STOR) subscriptions will
continue to use the current StudentTracker, but NCAN is confident that the wait will be worth it for the new functionality.
Specifically, that new functionality will include:
Interactive Dashboards
Key Performance Indicators
On-Demand Reports
New Learner Outcomes
