Traci Rue White, Board MemberDirector, Early Talent Inclusion Initiatives, PepsiCoBacked by her rock star team, Traci leads the strategy enabling attraction, engagement, acquisition and nurturing of collegiate talent, across a variety of identities, for PepsiCo’s Early Talent (Campus) Program in the U.S. In partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation, she also leads the S.M.I.L.E. (Success Matters in Life & Education) Scholarship, providing underserved community college students with funding, mentorship, financial wellness preparation, and professional development, as they transition on to a 4-year college or university to earn a Bachelor’s degree. Traci joined PepsiCo as a college hire through its Campus Program. Throughout her tenure as an HR Professional, she has led multiple facets of talent management, including succession planning, capability & culture, and other generalist workstreams as an HR Business Partner. She’s held leadership roles within multiple Employee Resource Groups, and is a 2x Harvey C. Russell award winner (the highest award for leadership in advancing the Inclusion agenda at PepsiCo). A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Rue White holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies, a Master's of Business Administration, and Master's of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. She is a veteran
of the Army National Guard, where she was honored to serve her country for eight years as a Motor Transportation Specialist. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc. |
