Traci Rue White, Board Member

Director, Early Talent Inclusion Initiatives, PepsiCo 

Backed by her rock star team, Traci leads the strategy enabling attraction, engagement, acquisition and nurturing of collegiate talent, across a variety of identities, for PepsiCo’s Early Talent (Campus) Program in the U.S. In partnership with the PepsiCo Foundation, she also leads the S.M.I.L.E. (Success Matters in Life & Education) Scholarship, providing underserved community college students with funding, mentorship, financial wellness preparation, and professional development, as they transition on to a 4-year college or university to earn a Bachelor’s degree.

Traci joined PepsiCo as a college hire through its Campus Program. Throughout her tenure as an HR Professional, she has led multiple facets of talent management, including succession planning, capability & culture, and other generalist workstreams as an HR Business Partner. She’s held leadership roles within multiple Employee Resource Groups, and is a 2x Harvey C. Russell award winner (the highest award for leadership in advancing the Inclusion agenda at PepsiCo).

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Rue White holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies, a Master's of Business Administration, and Master's of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University. She is a veteran of the Army National Guard, where she was honored to serve her country for eight years as a Motor Transportation Specialist. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta, Sorority, Inc.
