Participants will explore practical techniques for building trust, fostering resilience, and promoting meaningful engagement. Topics include identifying behavioral and emotional warning signs, implementing collaborative advising approaches, and navigating referrals to additional resources through a warm handoff. By creating supportive communities and empowering students with actionable strategies, this course aims to inspire motivation, resilience, and success in every student’s journey.
