Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs), and other kinds of early college savings programs, have gained traction in recent years as a tool for increasing financial security and improving enrollment in higher education. From state-level, publicly funded initiatives to citywide nonprofit models, no two programs look alike. In the words of early wealth building experts, "if you've seen one CSA, you've only seen one."
